Hi! Hubby completed his medical on April 03 and passed and doctor forward the required documents. So now we are just waiting. Anyone know how long it will take to finalize?
Many summer 2017 applicants got medical requests in March/April. I passed mine on April 7th. Next steps for us will be SA/AIP and DM. The next step may differ for each application as well as the time.
I think most of the applications will have a DM within the 12 period.
App received-June 28th 2017
Uploaded schedule a and police certificates-July 28th 2017
Med request-March 19th
Request for additional UK police certificate- March 20th
Med completed-March 23rd
Passed medical- March 30th
Uploaded additional document 2 weeks ago but only got the email today it’s been forwarded to to appropriate visa office.
Anyone know if that additional document request is gonna extend my wait time significantly? Was hoping to have PR by the end of summer...

The additional document you are saying is the Uk police certificate, right?
I don't think it's going to slow done your application. It seems that they are checking your BG and that they are moving. Of course, when they starting asking a lot of stuff it might take a little more time I guess. I am not sure.
So far after my medical, I didn't receive any emails asking me for anything.
Yeah I didn’t get one initially because it was asking for where I’d lived most since I was 18 and where I live now , and I also never needed to get one when I applied for my IEC twice. I lived there for 2 years, so I expected to be asked at some point I guess. Hopefully it’s the end of background as it’s been in process for more than 6months and eligibility will follow shortly! Can’t wait to be done
I submit my PCC back in September with the Scedule A. My BGC is been in process since December.
What does your Ecas says on both sides?
Nothing about decision made last thing is “we sent you correspondence on March 19th...” I did pcc and schedule a in July. Just hope this extra police check isn’t gonna delay my 12 month timeline
I don't think it will affect the time the fact that they had asked you that extra police check. Well, we just have to wait a little bit more..
My Ecas on sponsor's side says '''In process" and on sponsored's side is still "Application Received" with the last message "Medicals have been received"
Any June-July applicants still waiting for Decision Made? I am july 25th applicant, haven't heard anything since medicals in April. Any idea on what to be expected?
