I also have pretty much the same timeline.Stealing the format from penacare to add my own dates, some of them very similar. Got some questions about linking to GCKey, the COPR document number, the Approved in Principle letter and the finalization portal if anyone knows the answers.
-Applied: June 28, 2023
-Sponsor Received AOR: August 18, 2023
-Linked the Application to GCKey: Never was able to do this. The webpage says it can't find the application and to contact them for problems. I've filled out the webform to contact them and it just says my information was added to my application and it's never actually linked to the GCKey account.

So as it stands, the PR Tracker says Biometrics, Medical Exam, Eligibility and Background Verification are all completed. The application status is still "in progress" and I have "0 task(s)." I have a COPR document number in the PR Tracker, but as I just signed up for that today, I don't know when that was added or how relevant that is. It expires about a year from my medical exam, so possibly I've had that number since mid-September? There's no info besides the document number, expiry date and my passport info.
I've seen reference here to AIP, "Approval in Principle"? And the exact day penacare got AIP, we got our "meets eligibility requirements" letters. Are those the same thing? Does the AIP actually say "approved in principle"?
Haven't gotten any response at all to the "ready for finalization" email, starting to wonder if I did that right. I just replied to that email. I don't think I have any portal otherwise that I can enter information into, but that they'll reply to my email with the login for the portal? (Which is different from the portal I originally applied through, at prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca?)
I think the COPR always expires at the same time as the medical exam, but you probably just received it around the time of the first portal email.
The letter you got about meeting the eligibility requirements is the AIP. it doesn't actually say "approval in principle" on it.
I received and answered to the first portal email (ready for finalization) on December 7th but haven't heard back from them either. I don't think we need to do anything else, just be patient once again...
