Stealing the format from penacare to add my own dates, some of them very similar. Got some questions about linking to GCKey, the COPR document number, the Approved in Principle letter and the finalization portal if anyone knows the answers.

-Applied: June 28, 2023
-Sponsor Received AOR: August 18, 2023
-Linked the Application to GCKey: Never was able to do this. The webpage says it can't find the application and to contact them for problems. I've filled out the webform to contact them and it just says my information was added to my application and it's never actually linked to the GCKey account.
-Medical Exam Instruction Letter: August 23, 2023
-Biometrics Instruction Letter: August 24, 2023
-Eligibility Marked Completed in PR Tracker: September 11, 2023
-Biometrics completed: September 12, 2023
-Biometrics enrolment listed in GC portal: September 12, 2023
-Pre-Arrival Services Letter: September 12, 2023
-Medical Exam completed: September 14, 2023
-Medical Exam Marked Completed in PR Tracker: September 17, 2023
-Sponsor "meets eligibility requirements" letter: October 5, 2023
-Applicant "meets eligibility requirements" letter: October 5, 2023
-Background Verification Completed in PR Tracker: November 24, 2023
-Request for biometrics payment: November 29, 2023
-Biometrics payment confirmed: December 3, 2023
-"Ready for finalization" email received (1st portal?): December 6, 2023
-Replied with requested information: December 6, 2023
-Created PR Tracker Account: December 15, 2023 (didn't know this was a thing, should've read this thread earlier!)

So as it stands, the PR Tracker says Biometrics, Medical Exam, Eligibility and Background Verification are all completed. The application status is still "in progress" and I have "0 task(s)." I have a COPR document number in the PR Tracker, but as I just signed up for that today, I don't know when that was added or how relevant that is. It expires about a year from my medical exam, so possibly I've had that number since mid-September? There's no info besides the document number, expiry date and my passport info.

I've seen reference here to AIP, "Approval in Principle"? And the exact day penacare got AIP, we got our "meets eligibility requirements" letters. Are those the same thing? Does the AIP actually say "approved in principle"?

Haven't gotten any response at all to the "ready for finalization" email, starting to wonder if I did that right. I just replied to that email. I don't think I have any portal otherwise that I can enter information into, but that they'll reply to my email with the login for the portal? (Which is different from the portal I originally applied through, at prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca?)
I also have pretty much the same timeline.
I think the COPR always expires at the same time as the medical exam, but you probably just received it around the time of the first portal email.
The letter you got about meeting the eligibility requirements is the AIP. it doesn't actually say "approval in principle" on it.
I received and answered to the first portal email (ready for finalization) on December 7th but haven't heard back from them either. I don't think we need to do anything else, just be patient once again...

Thanks to the spreadsheet linked in another thread on this site, I was finally able to link my application to my GCKey account. Turns out when they ask how many people are in the application, they're including the sponsor, not just the applicant(s).

Me neither :-/ maybe IRCC is on Christmas break now...
Makes me feel better that I'm not the only one waiting, but I hope we'll both get it soon!

Hope so,
I saw a few posts that they received portal2 invite the next day or within a week of emailing their VO. Sucks to be waiting for the same thing for more time than others.

I just received GCMS notes that I applied a month back and secondary office is mentioned as Montreal and first is Mississauga

Isn't Montreal the slowest ( seeing how they handle quebec applications :p , lol )

Argh, now that I checked, most of my correspondence from them was the Mississauga office but the PR portal confirmation email is Montreal. I hope for both our sakes that you're wrong about Montreal being the slowest, but I'm still waiting for any reply since sending them my info in early December.

Anyone else know anything about different processing times at different offices?

Is it the PR portal confirmation email? I replied directly to that email, and I think that's what you're supposed to do. (Although I should note that I haven't actually received a response.)
