Wondering if you know. Once and if i get the golden mail, im from a visa expempt country so will only need to send a copy of my passport. I have a wedding in Vancouver 16th Dec. Im able to travel there still? Ill have my physical passport i just wont be going in as a 'perm resident' thats if it hasnt come yet

Hey Carly,

I think you will still be able travel since you will have your passport with you. It's a good thing that you don't have to send your physical passport. On the other hand, hopefully it comes soon enough so that you can have your Confirmation of PR and then just that trip as a chance to complete your landing.

Any updates so far? My prayers are with you that this month you will get the golden email!

Me too. Ill call first thing the morning should be able to get thru then rather than 2pm

This is so frustrating. Not sure if iam actually am in screening but not sure why else its taking so long. Im from Aus & only lived here & canada..... grrrr

Not sure what's happening to their line. It's frustrating, specially for you since you're June. Have you tried to order GCMS notes?

I am kinda upset, because CEC Inland is very slow, and noticed FSW from Sep/Oct getting PPR. I'm happy for them, but we should also get some priority.

Yes, I am Aug tho. My last update happened on Sep 26, (no add doc required). I was never asked to submit any. "We are processing your background check...." since Sep 5 (updated with MEP).

June 19 AOR, IP2 since 3 weeks; no updates.

I spoke to agent and he said they're checking on security, everything else is passed.

I am inland CEC; wbu?

Also, please keep me posted If you speak to an agent or get any updates.

They said the same to me a few weeks ago. Everything has passed they're checking security. Shouldn't take this long tho
