Don't worry, if you have submitted what they asked for, then it's just a system glitch and it needs time to reflect on your account. Sometimes it doesn't get fixed at all.

I need help, suggestions, sharing of stories and experiences here.(maybe our expert Tomi can help?)

What I have seen is that whenever it changes to " we don't need any add doc" the person receives PPR the same week.

Its the second week now since the status was changed and haven't received anything yet.

I spoke to the CIC agent on Monday and he said that last BCC is yet to be completed ( idk what check and how much more time?)

What should I do? I am getting really concerned and impatient

Hi Ajaf,

Have you ever tried ordering GCMS notes? They come in 31 days but they are usually helpful to see where you are and what's holding your file.

I think they are conducting your security/background check and you should have passed every other thing.

The fact that your BGC still says "we are processing" is a good sign and you should hear something soon.

I believe you had earlier said you don't have access to your account. It would have been better if you had access and can keep an eye on it to see when it changes to "updated".

At the same time, confirm with your representative to make sure the PPR email is not sitting in junk box or something. Maybe CIC already sent it, so just make sure you double check that.

No I havent tried GCMS yet.

Yes I did it through a Rep and he is rude and doesnt even answer my questions

I am so disappointed as I had to pay large sum of money for this service

My documents section still says " we need more documents" and I already got PPR. I think they just don't bother updating that section. Don't worry, I'm sure your PPR is coming sooner than you think. Once it changes back to "we are processing", you can be sure your PPR is coming in max of 2 business days. I guess the security is taking longer than expected...Keep your hopes high, you WILL get your PPR very very soon!!!
