Dear All,

Wanted to share a gud news to everyone that finally i got IP from RBVO after 1.5 years. Status is:-

We received your application for permanent residence on June 15, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 28, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 3, 2012.

They sent me seperate email stating that i need to submit PCC for me and spouse once again. and also PCC for UK (i stayed thr between Oct 2006 to Mar 2007).
Does it mean they r ok wid everthng else and my case is almost ready to process and are they going to do employment verification now. Also, i showed them proof of funds which i already withdrew. Would they ask abt that again?

Thanks,
Anubhav

I don't know the answer to the rest of your questions but they asked for my proof of funds again. You may want to be prepared for that.

Congrates, friend for IP..now its time for MR
May be NDVO has started to consider use..but NDVO has broke the record for being slow.

Send them what they have asked for as fast as u can..and be straight to POF because this is what that really makes sense at the time of IP.

BTW does your address disappeared before IP status.

Good luck.

Palnp:- My address didn't disappear. on 5th may 2012, my status changed to IP from RBVO and i got email from NDVO the same day regarding PCC.

HI Lamhey, Lakha Ji,

Any updates so far .............

Pal

Dear All,

When i got email from NDVO regarding updated PCC for myself and spouse, i was thinking can they ask me again for anything else.

In the email, it's just PCC (nothing else).

Does any of you encounter any situation when VO emailed again asking for something else?

Pls reply

Just like what chigwell said, you will have to come up with it.

Guys, My status changed to Inprocess on 1st April ,and the magic line was added on 27th April. But i haven't received any sort of communication from them yet. Do the people with IP status receive any communication normally? Am i missing something here?

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 29, 2012.
