Hi All,

I am Here today to inquire a very important question, i have submitted my application to CIO office on 28th May and it reached on 2nd of June 2010. since then i have not heard back from them not a single yes or no, now my problem is i have submitted a Pay order of 1400 CAD along with my Application which will be expired on 13th of October 2010, as it is issued on 14th April 2010. as per the current situation where the CIO office is working dead slow,

1: What if my Pay Order got expired ?
2: What if they did not get back to me by 14th October ??
3: What if they reject my Case on that base that my PO is expired ??

Can some one give me an appropriate answer please..

please add me, originally an april applicant, application came back, then sent it back and it was received at the CIO on June 23rd, CC charged last August 31...thanks

can u check the status of your pay order with your post office, I think u need not worry as your pay order valid till oct 13, and 2 june applicants have already got their CC charged. its better to check at your end.

well, but u see OK1 is june 10th applicant and he got his DD encashed. better visit your bank to know actual status. Dont worry u will get good news.

No need to worry about it,CIO is already aware of this,they check all the DD they receive about date of expiry,so they will definately encash it,and they will not reject your application on these grounds

Hi members,

I am a regular reader of this forum. I sent my PR application on June 9th and my CC was charged on Aug 25th. Please add me to this june list.

I applied under FSW3 category. I am an International student in the final semester of my Master's program living in Canada. I have 4 yrs of work experience under NOC 4122. I have gained 2yrs and 6months work expereicne as Research Assistant in India. Also, I have been working as Research Assistant in my Master's program (counted as 1yr experience) for which I am paid.Apart from these, I have been working part time as Animal Care worker for around 18months.

Hi all,

I just received my application back as they could not charge my CC due to any technical/system error. Un fortunately my all dreams of going to Canada have been shattered but I hope I will get the chance again in couple of next coming years.
