MY ECASE IS ALSO GIVING ERROR TODAY BUT IT'S FIRST TIME . I HAVE CHECK IT AND FOUND ON WEBSITE THAT THEY HAVE SOME TECHNICAL ISSUES SO THE PROBLEM PERSISTS BUT WILL BE OKAY. AFTER ALL CHECKING STATUS IS EVEN NOT WORTH IT WILL TAKE TIME WHICH IT'S GOING TO TAKE. SO NEVER WORRY ABOUT THE SAME.

Today the embassy called the company I am working in and was trying to collect information about me. Then after this I got another phone call to resend another proof of fund and gave me a week as a deadline. Anyone faced this situation?

The phone calls are pretty common. For many folks they ended up calling almost all the numbers provided by the applicant in the application. One case i read they called her (applicant) boss, immediately they called (applicant) to cross check to see if any discrepancy, they called her husband and then they also called up her mother. One thing i never heard or read is the weeks' deadline for sending POF. Usually they give 30 to 60days for the POF. I would say that since they are asking you for the POF it means they might be satisfied with your application and want to continue for the next steps.

For the deadline they called me two times to confirm it is one week

When did they make the call... morning/noon or evening?

They called my work at 10:00 a.m while they called me at 11:00 a.m

You are lucky that they put you back in process, expect a letter or something because they are dispatching you something, also when did your ecase started working
