Is this culpability that we belong to NDVO, the thing would have been different if our VO would be Singapore, Accra and other but since the things are totally different and vary VO to VO.

And in this case quite frankly we don't see any anticipation that MI-1's files will be processed in 2012 especially NDVO applicants.
So we better go for Plan B/C. Because we are wasting our precious time and NDVO is making fool of all of us and quite expectedly we are being so.

What a crime we have involved in.
What a pity.

SG processing times are 17 months and NDVO has 16 months so I dont understand why are we NDVO candidates who have already completed more than 17 months not getting a MR and SG candidates have started receiving mails from SGVO ??????
is NDVO Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeping?

We got our Visa on the 27th of October. We will be landing later this month.
Nothing wrong with meds. It was just those locals working in the VO taking their own sweet time. We went to the Visa Office to enquire. The lady at the counter requested that we went home and will have a look at our file but we insisted to see the Officer. The next time we know, she brought our PPR letter, freshly printed. We submitted our passports 2 days later, got our visa later the same day.
I think, you updated my info somewhere, I can't remember which link.

Also, I applied to CIC Sydney in Jun 2010 (before June 26) for Federal Skilled Worker.
My visa office is Rome and I am under Skilled worker category.

CIC asked me to send all documents to Rome VO in Oct 2010. Sent all document to Rome VO in DEC 2011. I had a letter in May 2011 to inform us that the processing times are on average 12-18 months and that I will be informed approximately 2 month prior to the date of interview, if required. Meanwhile my Client Application Status has changed to Received by Visa Office and hasn't changed till today.
Do any of you know how long will it take to review and finalize my case? 12-18 Months count from the moment the CIC received the application or when VO received the full package of supporting documents.
The interview is a common procedure for all applicants or only some of them pass through this process for some reasons?

My NOC is NOC 0213, which is Computer and Information Systems Managers (applied before June 26).

I am the owner and the general manager of a small IT company with 4 employers. We offer IT services and products, programming, web design, networking etc to other companies and individuals. I have 8 years doing this job and have a Bachelor of Computer Science.
I manage the people and the systems in my company and I want to know your opinon If I am ok with this code.
My duties are olmost as described to the NOC book.

Is there anyone to share his experience with NOC 0213?
