we think that files are divided in two catgories,some are in 2012 and some are in 2013these are thoses
peoples received 2nd AOR in nov 10 dec10,jan11 or feb11 are process in 2013.people who are "in inprocess" status are process this year 2012.recently my friend mail 2 or more year.

Most of us received 2nd AOR in April-June 2011 like me
may be our case will not process in even 2013 ;D

my status is rbvo from last 9 months

I dont know when my file will be processed as i have received mail that prejune applicantions will not be processed in 2012.

I am planning to apply again in 1122 category because my new job duties are quite similar to 1122 and in December I have completed my one year in this job.

Does anybody has idea about MI-4. Do you think 1122 will be there ?
Is it worth to start collecting papers ?
Please suggest.

sad to know about CHC mail. I suggest if you are eligible you should reapply.
As far as MI-4 is concerned.. nobody can predict the new list.
wait for 3-4 months before start collecting documents.

Dear mkmishra,

First of all,wish u a very new yr.

I am of the view that vo is to be ensured that the applicant has funds equivalent TO CAD13800 available in his BANK A/C, which can be easily repatriable.The said amount should be without incumbrance and remained securily invested in the a/c,be it Savings or Fixed Deposits.
