and for PCC from saudi is not required right now am i right and for PCC from india how much time it will take to receive PCC

I have my brother-in-law in Canada, and I claim 5 marks for him, but now i can't prove the relation cause he lost his birth certificate. He couldnt have another photo of it.
Now what can I do?
Will report of oath be okay?

I am little confuse with my job experience points because of the experience in the last ten years in the NOC's list please check below and let me know how many points will I get

July 1999-March 2001 NOC 0111
Sep 2007-- NOC 1111

am I getting 21 or 19 points. Thank You

HI ITs very Easy is your Brother in law is Permanent Resident there and he has mentioned details of his family member which may include your wife's name as his sister so you need to keep a copy of his passport with father's name and your wife's passport's copy which also mention same so Also you dont need to provide Brother in law's Birth cert. to anyone it does not mention any relationship.

Dear All,
Congrats. for all who have got AOR and best luck for further process. I have received AOR on 4th OCT (Applied on 25th June to CIO) but when I am checking status its giving error while I enter Client ID 8-digits I can see status of my previous application which was refused in 2009. Does anyone has same problem of I need to varify because I had applied through agent and they can easily ganerate such letters.

My full documents has been sent to accra VO today via UPS .... please update the schedule...

Yes, he's a Permanent Resident there and he told me that he had claimed all his sister and brother when he applied.
Also, I looked around through his passport, but i couldnt find his father's name but his surname is Quach which is the same to my husband's surname. Hope this doesnt matter. Hope visa officers sympathy and plus 5m for that.

HI everyone... just to let you all know that i am always here checking out the updates and of course i am soo happy for those whose application is moving forward, Goodluck to all of you. It's already my 5th month waiting, no words yet from NS, if in case i got rejected i hope to receive it, i have a consultant (very expensive one) who is handling my docs. and i dont hear from her iether but of course with an assurance that i will get refund of my money..... i am not even sure if she really sends my documents. Well anyways I am not that worried as I have other options.... like my partner (canadian) who will sponsor me hopefully by next year. I will for sure let you all know if i hear anything from my application... Thank you all, God Bless.

Hi Esther, you can ask your consultant to give you the receipt from the courier... In my case, when they said they already sent my application to NS, I asked them to give me the tracking number.. and checked it directly on the website of the courier.. hope this helps..

just to let you know that i have sent my full documents to visa office (Singapore) today (Tuesday). pls update the spreadsheet (Azaman serial 27 in the spreadsheet).

can anyone update the visa office timeline, i mean how long it might take from now on?

Hi Esther, you can ask your consultant to give you the receipt from the courier... In my case, when they said they already sent my application to NS, I asked them to give me the tracking number.. and checked it directly on the website of the courier.. hope this helps..

Hi Anata... yes, my consultant gave me the tracking number and checked it on line ... but it's just a tracking number with no assurance that it's my document, no way to find out if it's under my name. I keep on asking my consultant but she keeps on telling me to wait, she seems to be sooooo busy accepting and processing a whole bunch of new clients ($$$$) ... if ever i am rejected i should have the response by now and would be glad to aceept it and move on. Anyways still no charge from my AMEX credit card so that bothers me too.... sigh.... sigh... sigh....
