I dont think that it would be a big problem if you will put fresh dates into the forms.Just explain everything in the cover letter.
When I will send full pack of docs I will provide VO with fresh forms and put there current date.

Hi every one i got my AOR on October 14 and now i am asked to send all my documents to the visa office. i was asked to send a copy my application i have the copy but it is not signed or dated what date shoul i write the date of sending the application to the cio or today's date?

Hi,

I am going to send the new forms with fresh signature. The forms mentioned in AOR are slightly different than the application forms I have sent to CIO. In schedule 3 form, we can now sepcify the NOC priority.

I will also update history, work experience, etc. to reflect the current status as on Oct. 2010 and mention these changes in cover letter.

I did not see any changes in the other forms. I think if there are no changes you may be able to submit the old forms but AOR doesn't mention about old forms. I am thinking of going with the new forms.

if I were an imm officer, I would be confused to see totally new (fresh) forms, as I would presumably have original (or copies) of applications initially submitted to Nova Scotia. I read somewhere that we need to submit one copy that we made with our initial submission (for pre-26June applications) to the visa office.

should there be changes to the originally submitted applications whatever their nature is, I would make a cover letter and explain any differences to the original ones, to facilitate review.

Talking about new forms listed in AOR, I think there is only one change and it is not major one. Take a look at Schedule 3 and decide for yourself. If you have to make any change it is better to fill the new form.
