Hi , i have a confusion and i am worried like i called IRCC agent today and they told my file was under going CSIC security check and my file is In CPC ottawa . Before Calling i checked my status on the IRCC computer feedback on phone its saying when my file is recieved when my medicals were clear and no interview required no additional documents required but not saying anything about the Background check then the Call was transfered to the agent .I checked CIC my account it still says For Background NA.
So if the agent is saying is saying my file is going through CSIC check why is not showing on mY cic account ?. The computer system on IRCC phone line also dint said anything about Background check . ? Its been 4 months now . any idea wen will i get PPR . My timeline is below
AoR- june 19 2017
Medicals passed- 19 June 2017
Additional Docs- NOT required any doc
Interview- not required
Finger prints - NOT required
background Check - NA
Final decision - File is in progress.

Hi. Need your expertise to figure out my situation...
I'm fswo applicant from India.
AOR 9th June
Meds passed 7th July
IP1 7th July
NA2 24th July
IP2 2nd August
26th September: No additional documents required.
No updates thereafter.
Spoke to an agent on 2nd Oct and she said all checks had been completed but no decision had been made yet.
Mailed them and received a reply this morning that my application is still in Ottawa and being processed as per the regulatory timelines. They can't confirm when it will be finalised.
I also ordered gcms notes on 14th of September but have not received them yet in spite of crossing 35 days.
So so frustrating. It's been almost 3 months in ip2.
Can't understand why the delay....
Any thoughts.....

No additional documents required.......All checks have been completed - then why are you worried. Your application is at final stage and can be approved anytime, so be prepared for the golden mail

Aor: June 9 ( Cec Inland)
Medical Pass and RCMP request: August 8th
Additional documents changed to not needed on October 20th
PPR: 25th October.

Hello. Finally a movement happened to IP2 from NA2 after 55 days. Can somebody tell me what does this actually mean? Does this mean the security check is done? When on average should I expect PPR? Thanks.

I applied for GCMS notes on September 15 and I have not gotten them either. I keep hearing from the service that I used that CIC has not sent them yet. So frustrating.

Just received my PPR today. Here are my stats:

Type - FSW-O
AOR - June 22
Medicals passed - July 17
Additional documents requested - July 17
Additional documents submitted - July 31
IP2 (processing BG check) - August 22
PPR - October 27


I had a long excruciating wait in IP2, but in the end the wait was well worth it. To anyone who is feeling tense because their application is stuck at some stage in the process, please do not be, things will work out just fine in the end.
