Hi my AOR is August 20 and I have called them twice till now, I am not sure if I should call them again or not.
I phoned +16139444000 and followed the following spead dial to speak to an agent: 1-1-1-7-0
Had a 45min waiting time before an agent became available.
I only called the one time, it was last week.
My AOR is 27June and have been stuck at NA2 since 20 July at Ottawa.
I have applied through a consultant so I dont know my visa office, but, last time I had a word with them, that man told me that I have passed all, R10, medical, eligibility, security, criminality, but, still my file is stuck, I don't know why.
Also wish I knew??
The lady just told me my eligibilty and security was still in progress. Dont know why its taking so long though?
Nothing to do but wait I guess.

My AOR is 24th April and still no answers. Been told by my legal rep that everything has been cleared and that my application is with the visa officer so should have correspondence within this month or so.
Does it really take 6 months to get the PPR request?
