Unless there is a significant difference in processing times, many months or even years, there is a lot of variability in processing times. You will drive yourself crazy comparing things like days or even a few weeks. Many other programs are taking years to process so still very fast processing relative to others.

Wait, im seeing in the tracker that i have an update from the 13th but everything is the same..is this a GU? (Ghost update)? In that case? Is it good neews?
even I'm seeing the change that my medical status has updated again to completed as it did last week. rest are the same
Alright. That maybe a positive sign, mostly tomorrow or day after tomorrow the update will be visible for you
No when i created my tracker on the 14 it said las update, july 13th… nothing has moved since.. an my last update in the tracker is july 8th we got your medicals and it shows as completed
