Just got done with oath. However I have not received an email with instructions on how to download the e-cert. Does anyone here have the instructions? Not sure which portal to use.
Sign in (cic.gc.ca)
If you don't have an invite code yet, you can generate one.
Get an IRCC Portal account (canada.ca)
Generally the e-mail with the portal instructions arrives the next day to a few days after the oath once your eCert is ready.
Hi, any input would be appreciated:
AOR - June 13th
Primary/Secondary Office - Sydney / Vancouver
BG and Test - July 16th
LPP - Not started
No update in tracker since July 16th.
Does anyone know when I can expect LPP to be completed by? Seems like my application is stuck somewhere but also none of the assessments have started.

Is your LPP shows "Not started"? I believed by LPP was marked "In Progress" right after AOR or for sure after BG completed on July 31. @hssrp @maverick1982 could you comment please
It was in progress from the aor as far as i remember. Only test and oath were showing not started
Yes. On my tracker it says "In progress" but when speaking to IRCC, they say that it is "Not started". There has been no progress.
Got it , Thanks, interesting when I phoned to IRCC on Sep 17 (after GU) - she just say no update for me, I phoned to IRCC twice since AOR and never get any details - reply is always the same "No update for you sir"
I find that you have to be specific otherwise they will be generic. "Has my LPP started yet" and not "Is there an update". In your case: "I got a ghost update in my tracker and it was not updated, can you tell me what the update was" and they typically tell you. Not advice, just what has worked for me in the past.
Thanks, but this is exactly what I asked her ""I got a ghost update in my tracker and it was not updated, can you tell me what the update was and I have not missed any things?" , She went offline for ~2 min and came back with "They have no update for you and you did not messed anything up". Maybe our MBSK office is different ....
Yes. They just tell me that it's "Not started" and that there has been no updates on my application since the Citizenship test. It's kind of like my application has been forgotten or in a queue for someone to pick up
Hi , I got an update on the tracker on the 18th September, I checked today, correspondence sent, we have sent you a letter or email for your application, check the email or letter for more details. But I did not receive any email, I checked every where. Any one has any idea. Thanks

As per tracker, it says my LPP was completed on 19 September. However, I have few questions:
1. last updated is 21 September (what does this mean?)
2. What will be next step?
3. I am not able to recall what I selected - e-certi or physical certi. Is there any way to check this? Also, is there any way to switch this option to e-certi if I have not selected that?
4. How to get in presence oath and not virtual one?

Hey guys my friend got request for fingerprint on 5 sep he went gave fingerprint on 6 September then yesterday he called RCMP they told him we mailed your fingerprint to Vancouver office on 12 September
