I got a ghost update on sept 13 and I called them sept 16 and they told me my LPP has been completed and then I told them I don’t see anything changes on my own tracker.

All updates are usually 2 days after the GU and trackers update from Tuesday - Saturday

Citizenship test status has been updated to Completed.
By the way how do I check which office is my application being processed. I am not getting and GUs and the Citizenship invite that I received was generic.
1. Tracker has 2 business days delay so the LPP completed on 11 Sep was updates in the tracker on 21 Sep.
2. Next step is Oath schedule. Depending on your office, you can get that as early as next week to couple of weeks later.
3. You can go to the portal where you submitted your application and download the completed application form PDF to see what you selected. Irrespective of what you select, by default they give a paper certificate if it is in-person ceremony and e-certificate for virtual ceremony. You can always request them to change it during your oath ceremony if you like to, of course it will have a few business days delay.
4. IRCC decides that, we can't chose it. If you don't like their choice, once you get the oath invite, you can request them to change the ceremony type. Again, this will be subject to their approval and also a delay of few weeks to months, depending upon the office.
