I got AOR on July 8th. Today, July 10th I was able to create tracker account. In the tracker, it says Updated July 10. Is that a ghost update or is it normal to see last update as the date the tracker account was created ?

Just do the Toronto library and richmond library tests till you get 100%.

Go through discover canada booklet first. Its the official guide to prepare for the test. Then practice the tests mentioned by FMeg

Updated the spreadsheet. Could you please re-check and confirm the updated date against the "Background Verification Completed" in the Application History section at the bottom tracker. I suppose it might be July 8 and not 10, as the tracker has a delay of 2 business days.
