It is best to submit all mandatory docs including FBI PCC along with the application. A basis completion check is done before issuing an AOR and if there is missing PCC, IRCC might return back the application and ask you to attach PCC before issuing AOR. So it is best to wait for the FBI clearance cert.

I have a question for you,
My tracker account status is in progress as of June 14th
I checked the account today and it said;
New update, June 20
What is the meaning?
Nothing is changed in my account!!

It means you got a ghost update. Keep a close watch on your tracker and you might get a real update / progress shortly. Sometime in 2days to a weeks time.
