I quantified it because it is not as slow as vancouver and not as fast as SCR based on the records i saw in May month since it is just one month earlier. I mostly looked at how long the LPP took to be completed after the test is marked complete. You can download the sheet and filter by Calgary and check previous months. Sometimes an office can be slow in the past but become faster.
What office is processing your file and wherr did the fp req originate from? I am in the same boat. Fp request 11sep, submitted same day and shared with ircc van office by rcmp on 17 sep. Waiting for an update since then.
I got requested from Vancouver office on 5 September.I gave fingerprint 6 September and RCMP mailed on 12 September.my local office Scr
Rcmp call centre agent mentioned that I should potentially expect an answer after 20th Oct because it will give van office about 20 days to review after receiving the report. I would suggest you to upload the fingerprint document via a webform as suggested earlier in the thread. I did that on completion of 1 month after fp submission just to be on the safer side. You applied close to the 1095-day limit without much buffer, which triggers extra verification. They will thoroughly review all details and match your entry and exit dates to ensure no trips are overlooked. This process is more detailed and may take extra time.
Hi @migrating_penguin96 , how did you contact IRCC and how did you get this information that they have requested information from other department?
Call them in morning as soon as the office opens. There was a quicker number combination to reach the agents for PR. Maybe someone has one for citizenship
