It's usual to have delays if application is being processed at these IRCC centre PVO/SVO - Ottawa/Sydney (past records I have checked since 2017-18, untill now, same delays.

I have received P1 and it still showing me eligibility and background check is in process.and the last entry showed september 5. i recieved P1 on 20th sept. maybe it is not up to date
