Happy Friday!!
On 19th June I have applied for my parents visitor visa renewal. By accident I've selected Biometrics option as No for the below question
'In the past 10 years, have you given your fingerprints and photo (biometrics) for an application to come to Canada? (required)'
They already have a visa and it was expired. I thought it was not required. I recently realised In the past they didn't gave biometrics.
Will this be a problem? Thank you!

Your answer is correct, Biometrics came into picture in 2019. If you had 10 yrs visa then you didn't give the biometrics

I want to take your expert opinion about my sister ‘s visit visa application
I live here in Canada
My sister has four kids (all adult)
Her husband is the main applicant and he has govt job in Pakistan and use blue official passports as he visited Europe on behalf of govt of Pakistan
Following are documents that we submitted in the application along with passports and pictures

Bank statement of 70lakh PKR
Property documents translated in English

Pakistan. no update till now. Anyone from May applicants having background check still in process ?
Yes, we are from India. Applied for TRV under new Family Reunification policy. Our spousal application is in progress. For TRV, Eligibility - Not Started, BGC - In Progress since day 1. Applied on May 31st
has your background check started? Did you give the biometrics yet?
