He applied on 3rd November and got passport request on 13th November and received his passport on 18th November. ( General category)
Meanwhile me and my other friends who applied under CAN+ in the September still waiting for update.

When did you use and travel to the US? If you haven’t used US visa then IRCC may not process as CAN+. IRCC processed as CAN+ at their discretion.While i Attached My Valid USA Visitor Visa
