Yes, got an email
Was that included in your sponsor approval letter? Just wondering if there is a second letter that just says application is moved.

In our sponsor approval it only said "The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to a visa office for further
processing.".. nothing about moving to NDVO.
At the bottom it said "Sincerely Case Processing Centre Sydney"

PA is in India. Does that mean our VO is Sydney, Nova Scotia?

Yesterday (March 03) Last stage on PR tracker (background check) has been updated to completed. Any ideas how long till PPR/COPR request?
Did your PR tracker say Background verification In progress before that? Or did go straight from Not started to Completed?

No, in SA there was no Visa office mentioned so assuming it was Ottawa. Received a second letter saying it's moved to NDVO

What forms are required if any to be filled when my spouse first enters canada on PR? Has anybody declared all the goods they brought? Even if those are basic household things and jewelleries?

Long time lurker of the forum, first time posting. Reading everyone's stories and timelines really helped with the anxiety that came along with the waiting game. My fiancé and I submitted our outland conjugal sponsorship application from the United States on June.2/2022. And as of this morning received our COPR. After seeing so many doom posts regarding conjugal sponsorships we didn't have much hope for ours to go through, but it seems our circumstances were enough to satisfy the criteria. Below is our timeline, there was a point where we were sure our sponsorship was going to be rejected.

June.2/2022 - Application submitted online
July.22/2022 - AoR
Aug.28/2022 - Biometrics request
Aug.29/2022 - Sponsor eligibility complete/medical request
Sept.26/2022 - Medical exam completed
Sept.27/2022 - Biometrics completed
Sept.28/2022 - Biometrics received
Oct.05/2022 - Medical completed on PR tracker
Dec.05/2022 - Primary applicant eligibility started on PR tracker
Jan.30/2023 - Received procedural fairness letter (did not believe that we had been in a conjugal relationship for 1 year)
Feb.05/2023 - Submitted (a lot of) additional documentation through GCKey
Mar.06/2023 - Primary applicant eligibility complete on PR tracker
Mar.06/2023 - Background check from not started to complete on PR tracker
Mar.07/2023 - Sponsorship approval letter received
Mar.07/2023 - Invitation to pre-arrival services
Mar.08/2023 - COPR details showing on PR tracker

We are just waiting on her PPR now. Our relationship has been a very long, hard road. We have been together since July.2019 but met long before that, and we survived being apart physically due to COVID for 21 months. To know our long distance relationship is coming to an end and we can finally be together every single day is a feeling I really can't describe. I wish everyone the very best in their sponsorship journey's. I am happy to be able to show a positive conclusion to a conjugal partner sponsorship just to show they're not all doom and gloom. Thank you for reading :)
