Google tracker sheet shows as your application is paper application but you have mentioned here as Outland online application?

It's an online application. I am not sure if someone keeps changing it to Paper on spreadsheet

Hugely depends on vo. Online it says 24 months now.
If you're vo is nvdo or Singapore you're in for a long wait. They are very very slow.
