LPP Completed today everything is green and completed except the Oath Ceremony. What do you think about how many days she will receive the Invite?

No really, it does say where your file is and what's happening. Maybe not in detail but gives a fair idea.

It depends on your processing office. I got mine after 5+ months. But mostly you should get it within a month.

At what step do they even ask for clearnace? How long did it take for you?

It depends on your processing office. I got mine after 5+ months. But mostly you should get it within a month.

I hope so because we are planning to relocate and might not have a Post box for a couple of weeks.

Got AOR on June 22,2022. BG completed in Nov. Completed test Dec18. LPP in progress since then and update on March 2nd with no progress. But it seems ppl are getting test date after me in March 2023 and getting Oath by June/July. Contacted MP and they got the same reply to wait. Process is very slow.

Exactly 30 days for me, some seem to get them 2 weeks, some seem to wait months. It is supposed to be within 30 days.

I emailed them with the application date, tracking number and 'not received' in the subject line on day 29 and I'm not sure if that helped get them on day 30?

Finally my tracker updated on July 18 and I have my oath scheduled for August 21.

but as luck would have it, I’ve left Canada and my new job starts on August 27, which will be difficult for me to re-schedule.
Does anyone know the process to reschedule your oath ceremony and if so what would be the expected rescheduled date?

Can't you attend the Oath ceremony on 21st and apply quickly for passport?
Reschedule can be tricky, sometimes can take upto 6 months too.

Yes, I’m planning to come and attend the oath ceremony on 21st but I’m not sure I’ll be able to get the passport in a week. I need to join at work on 27th August.

I was thinking of taking the oath and flying out of Canada next day. My family member in canada can collect the citizenship certificate and mail it to me. I can then visit the Canadian consulate and get my passport issued. Was wondering if anyone else has done this and if this could be a possibility?

You can opt for e-certificate and based on your 27th travel plan, you can go for Urgent pick-up by end of next business day or Express pick-up of 2 to 9 days.
