Have you received any email so far?
From the tracker, it seems like last week they were processing applications received until June 24th. Today they apparently moved the date forward by two weeks, which means they're currently processing two weeks of applications (received from June 26th until July 8th). I don't think you have anything to worry yet.
There are always some minor differences in how AOR is received, it's not 100% exactly sent by received date. You should get something before the end of this week or early next week.
I see some June/July folks have received AOR but are not marked in progress.
Just curious if they see in-progress in either new or the old tracker (if paper)?

Got AOR an hour ago. Can't track in ECAS or create an account. I believe it will take some time for things to update in system?
Same here, still can’t register 1 month after receiving AOR. Sent 3 separate webforms, and no help.I still can’t register for online tracker after 3 weeks I got AOR. Can’t get through their line as well, it is such a joke, unbelievable how shitty IRCC service is
Edit: Just realized that both of us applied in Edmonton with 1099 days! Not sure if that has anything to do with it…
Ideally you should be able to check your status on both ecas and the new portal by tomorrow morning but for some people it takes much longer to be able to see their status.
Those who applied as a family with kids, did you receive AOR for minors on the same day when the AOR for adults was received? I got AOR for me and my spouse, not for my kid.
