Hello,
We received the letter from immigration
"
Please see the attached medical instructions which you have to retake as your current one is only valid until XX.09.2022. You may wish to advise our office if you are able to depart for Canada before that date or not. Also, the payment of the Right of Permanent Residence fee is outstanding. Please do submit $500 CAD as soon as possible."
Which we immediately replied that we are able to depart until that date and asked for link and instructions for payment.
We haven't got any response from them.
What would u suggest?
And what do you think this letter means? It's the fist time we heard from them after long time.

I would suggest that you NOT wait for a payment link but just pay it and send them the proof of payment:

What does the letter mean? It means your file is approved subject to a new medical being ok, unless you can travel before September. More or less what you thought.
You don't say when you got this but most things take a couple weeks at iRCC (unfortunately).
Not paying right away WILL cause delays.

did you get any updatesHello Syed, we have not heard back anything not even an acknowledgement that they have received documents. My ECAS still shows documents required. I am very stressed with the situation. When I call them I am not able to get through any human being. It says background check in progress and additional documents required but we already submitted those documents. Did you hear anything or have acknowledgement of documents? However, my timeline is as following:
App received : July 12th
AOR 1 : 10th September
Sponsor Approval/ Biometrics : 20th Sept
Medical request : 21st Sept
File moved to NDVO: 24th sept
Biometrics done: 24th Sept
Medical submitted : 8th Oct
Additional doc requested : Jan 6th
Additional document : Feb 4th
and since then I have no newsPlease let me know if you have received anything.
That's a lot of illogical thinking.. What does this incident have to do with immigration specifically? And Afghanistan and Ukraine were major humanitarian crises.. there is no comparison here. Your file won't disappear anywhere, in fact you are still within normal processing timelines..meanwhile those were lives on the line.
I am thinking like my file is in delhi so officers might be his fan so they are pissed off

...what? Immigration officers are not 15 year old teenagers sitting on tiktok. Some random singer dying has no connection to your application or processing times.

Background check : not started
But i used F12 trick in the tracker then it shows.
