My online profile looks like this right now. Nothing interesting!

It was last updated on 23 June 2021, but there wasn't any changes shown on profile. Today, I found out that it was actually backend update of file transfer from IRCC Montreal Office to IRCC Vancouver Office. Anyways, Due Date is just Sunday 24th July 2022, so hopefully will get some positive update in this week.

Is is normal to transfer the file between 3 offices? Sydney,Montreal and Vancouver?
And what does primary and secondary means ?

I see 'decision made' in ECAS (old site) but in the new site, I am only seeing 'In-Progress' on Language, Prohibitions, and Physical presence. Does anyone know how long it normally takes to mark everything as complete in the new portal?

Actually, when you send your application, it goes straight to CPC-Sydney. This is your Primary Office, for now.

When you get test invitation email, it actually comes from your regional office... which, in my case, was IRCC Montreal. So, IRCC Montreal became my Primary Office and CPC-Sydney was downgraded to Secondary Office.

Right now, only my Primary Office is shifted from Montreal to Vancouver. Visa Officers do these file transfers for load management purposes, as long as these transfers don't affect program integrity.

I checked my citizenship status tracker online, it was updated Yesterday that I need to take my oathtaking this July 28, But I didn't receive any invitation letter. Is there anyone same page like mine?
It will take time to get your oath letter. Give it a week or so.

Which processing office? Sounds like your colleague is one of the lucky ones chosen for the e-certificate pilot. I wonder if only certain offices are offering it or if it's just for a few randomly selected people nationwide

Thanks for sharing the link - there's useful information on there.

No idea about my colleague's processing office - I'll check with them and let you know.

Hello guys, I have a quick question.

Are citizenship ceremonys still conducted online? I'm scheduled to take the oath on August 4 but have not yet received the invitation letter. I just wish to know because I planned to travel to Ontario soon and am wondering if I should cancel it.

Thanks!
