I have the West office processing my application as well and was wondering the same. West = somewhere in Western Canada, presumably? I signed my application in Montreal. In any case, they appear to be fairly responsive as they replied to my request to take the test outside Canada within a couple of hours. So far, so good! Does anybody have any tales to tell about the West office or knows where to locate them on the world map? Cheers

Perhaps, but then again, one would think that a major processing center/office such as Vancouver wouldn‘t make such a mystery of their location in their e-mail address. But what do we know…

My updates (Feb 24) took 2 days from the ghost update (Feb 22) to appear. So keep logging in and checking every day and you should see an update soon!

Similar situation here - family of 3 (paper application); Background verification completed on January 24 and no update after that.
