Jun 26: IRCC received application
Nov 3: AOR / Biometrics / Sponsorship approval
Nov 6: Biometrics enrolled
Nov 13: sent CSQ
Nov 16: Application moved to Visa Office CPC-Ottawa
Nov 23: CC Charged for CSQ
Nov 25: Received CSQ Mail AOR
Dec 3: PR Application Status changed to In process


What would this mean:

1. We started processing (Name of applicant's) application on December 3, 2020.

That is good, it meand CPC-Ottawa has started processing your app. Stand by for further updates from them.

AOR1 means that you got the email that starts off stating your UCI and Application Number correct? I got that email too today. Have you tried linking it with GCkey? I can't link mine. What sort of timeline can we expect moving forward?

Damn it seem like everyone is getting their AOR's I applied June 3rd (My partner and I are both in home country) and still no word, and no word from webform as well. Maybe because were not a priority since both of us are in our home country living together?

Yes it has UCI and application number. I was not able to link it on Gckey yet. However, I'm able to see the status (in process) on ECAS.

That's great. I can't link it yet. I also can't find my application with ECAS when I search using UCI but it shows up when I use Application Number.

On ECAS you have to use UCI of the sponsor (and sponsor details) and File number with the PA details.
There is a field on GC key while linking which asks for family members, make sure you input two (if no kids), I was doing one so I was not able to link.
