Ohh man I can understand your frustration. Did you follow up with them?
I wrote webforms several times each time gave me no useful information. I called too but only automatically answered. No real person can talked to on the phone. I also ordered GCMS request and complained. None of them give a response.

How long did the GCMS take to receive, and was it detailed?

Hello, I applied June 2020 and I still haven’t received a test invite. My application is being processed out of the Montreal office. Any advice on what to do ? It’s impossible to contact CIC.
Should I withdraw the application and apply again ?

So frustrating after passed exam two months nothing coming. Some people applied in 2021 and they got oath. Lol.

I am on the same boat; applied May 2020 and no test invite. I reached out to the MP, requested GCMS, made complaint, webform... no updates. Last change to my process was the background check completed in Feb 2021 - since then, nothing. It feels like the immigration officer in Hamilton has passed away.

I missed a trip on my physical prescence calculator, maybe that explains my delay. I reached out to them to have it corrected.

I also requested the GCMS notes, launched a complaint and sent various web forms. I doubt it makes a difference.

Actually a "fun" fact.... when I reached out to the MP, someone in her office called IRCC and the feedback they provided was just as good as what they show on the tracker BUT, on top of that the MP representative wrote me that the IRCC agent on the phone said I was checking often and that this created more delays to my process. Unbelievable and frustrating. After that I filed a complaint about the delay and lack of transparency.

More people should use the complaint feature. I only hope these complaints go to a neutral department to see how IRCC is doing, and make them accountable in some way. In a recent report IRCC tried to blame the delay on other 3rd party bodies like medical exams, security checks .. etc, which indicates that IRCC is not taking any responsibility for the delay, which is of course not true.

So checking your status tracker online creates delays?

Good news is they're looking at my application! Bad news is they're looking for extra documentation.

Office: Surrey
June 2020 - application sent
November 2020 - AOR
September 21, 2021 - test invite
September 22 - passport pages request
October 8 - test completed
November 4 - background check completed
November 5 - i-94 request (US border records)
November 5 - language and prohibitions completed

Physical presence days are only 1100 but I've triple checked my trips and I haven't forgotten any, but still nervous I've done something wrong. Going to be a tense few weeks :/

I got ghost update today (November 19th), hopefully DM and not looking for more supplementary evidence.

Checked old tracker and still says in progress.

she meant that asking GCMS and webforms would cause delays; not web tracker.
