Definitely. In fact, another applicant from July 2020 received a returned application due to language proof a few days ago. So they're already going through July applications too.
I guess there's a little delay between when they open and review applications and when they send AOR. It's probably like an assembly line. Applications that are complete probably move to another pile awaiting AOR while incomplete ones are sent back.
They are opening July applications already for some time now. As far as AORs, it is still end of may at the moment. How are they in July applications when June hasn't been touched yet?
Okay, How do we determine if they opened the applications without getting an AOR first? Am I missing something here? They are opening July applications already for some time now. As far as AORs, it is still end of may at the moment.
Theu might be opening postal cover and reviewing basic stuff(like signature, language proof, photos etc) before scanning application to load them into system and issuing AOR.Okay, How do we determine if they opened the applications without getting an AOR first? Am I missing something here?
okay, but what I am asking is how do we know they opened the application? i thought AOR was the only wayTheu might be opening postal cover and reviewing basic stuff(like signature, language proof, photos etc) before scanning application to load them into system and issuing AOR.
Yes. That is the only way but once your application is being entered in system, a temporary file number starting with XC is created in system and if you call helpline, they can see if a temporary file number is created in system from your payment receipt and can tell you this. The only way to get this information is that you have to push them to search the system for this.okay, but what I am asking is how do we know they opened the application? i thought AOR was the only way
You will get to know only when you receive AOR. But few members posted in FB and in this group that their app was returned back due to language proof. That is the reason some of members here reporting that July apps are started opening.okay, but what I am asking is how do we know they opened the application? i thought AOR was the only way
Wonder how will they process your application "Urgent" since test is temporarily cancelled.I sent two applications - One is June (Normal Processing) and another one is in September 1 to request Urgent Processing. I am not sure which one they consider.
Further, i sent a CSE on July 29 requesting urgent process with respect to the June Application.
That's a million dollar question... Everyone is waiting to watch how IRCC proceeds with urgent applications...Wonder how will they process your application "Urgent" since test is temporarily cancelled.
Thanks for explaining that. if Feb and May still have some pending AOR then it sounds like this journey maybe longer than I thought. I have been reading about returned applications lately and I hope this all gets sorted out. It would suck to get your application sent back. You will get to know only when you receive AOR. P.S Even some members from Feb and March are still waiting for their AOR but others in May started getting AoR.
