There are no specific timelines as such. Instead check what all stages have passed. If everything is done, except criminality, then COPR are right around the corner. However, if you are an outland applicant, you may have to wait a little longer.
Thank you @legalfalcon. Appreciate your response. I am inland so I'm hoping and praying it will come out soon.

An MP is a Member of Parliament. They are the elected representatives for different areas of Canada in the House of Commons (where laws are proposed and debated). Arguably they have some influence when it comes to making these types on inquiries but I imagine it depends on who your MP is. You can look up which MP represents your constituency (if you live in Canada) and find an email address, phone number of mailing address for their office.

There's also the school of thought that taking such actions could negatively impact the progress of your application by attracting undue attention to your profile. But I don't know if there's any evidence of that actually taking place.
Thank you for this...:)

@legalfalcon Medicals of (me and my wife) was passed in Aug 2020. When I checked GCMS notes, Eligibility , Medicals (M1,S1) Criminality was passed and biometric was pending for spouse which was completed on 2nd March 2021. I received IME1017E medical form only for my wife on 11th March to get medicals again {as expiry of prev medical test is on 11th May}. What does this indicate ? Any thoughts/Insights on my application status.
If Medicals are expiring they will request for medical again. Just give medical ASAP and submit webform after completion.

The medicals have to be valid when you submit your application as well as when you when you land. If your meds are expiring or have expired, the IRCC can ask for re-med or extend your medicals.

Hi everyone, as per my last phone call with immigration, everything is passed, waiting for final decision.
I have to move on April 1st (different address as the one declared everywhere).
How should I proceed? With a web form?
I am scared that this could stop and made all the process slower. Help!

It’s definitely might slow down the process. Can you have your mail forward to your new address up until you get your approval? That’s just me but again you are supposed to notify them of any changes. It’s your call

I just got off the phone with an agent. She said my file was approved and told me to just wait for PPR, but given the current circumstances I do not know when that will be. Though I'm thankful to receive the good news, I feel like the excitement from all of this is just not there especially for those of us outland.

Yes, I am able to have my mails sent the the old address and my old landlady can collect them. Probably it's the best things to do. I am really worried to have to wait more month only for that, even though I don't understand why it has to slow down the process so much.
