Hey, guys. June 21 here CEC inland with a spouse. It's been a very long and frustrating experience so far. Very little to no updates, and moving at the snail pace. And the most frustrating part is a request to update all PCCs which is awful since a) none of us left country since obtaining the original PCCs and b) there are 5 PCCs on two of us! So that is hella fun so far... As you can see below very little progress so far and I've just asked for the notes. We'll see what's going on.

My status has been changed from "medical passed on this date" to "you do not need a medical exam", do you guys have any idea what it means?

Hi Guys I'm posting this if someone can help with expected time line:
CEC Inland
AOR: June 06, 2020
Medical passed: July 23rd, 2020.
Bio: Nov 04, 2020
As per IRCC phone rep: Everything passed Jan 27, 2021.

No updates on online profile, no GU. IRCC representative said they are waiting for final decision now.

Almost 9 months in the application, loosing hope day by day now.
I know it is frustrating to wait, but you passed everything. Don't lose hope.

I think it is a good sign. When your application changed in status, that means they are working on it which is a positive thing. Also when they are about to approve an application, these status will be changed to new status.

Mine changed the same way on January. My medicals expired February 7th. Apparently, the officer needs to review your medicals and either extend their validity or request new ones.

Let us know if you get any more updates! I'm still waiting for movement on my end since it was updated on January 15th...
