Hey, guys. June 21 here CEC inland with a spouse. It's been a very long and frustrating experience so far. Very little to no updates, and moving at the snail pace. And the most frustrating part is a request to update all PCCs which is awful since a) none of us left country since obtaining the original PCCs and b) there are 5 PCCs on two of us! So that is hella fun so far... As you can see below very little progress so far and I've just asked for the notes. We'll see what's going on.

Hi @legalfalcon
Could you please give expert advice for this situation?
If my IELTS SCORE expires due to current long processing time, will IRCC ask for valid score before they make final positive decision? (I know my application will not be rejected as the current score has been fridged.)
Many Thanks in advance

Hi, I sent 1 photo and a copy on the COPR Pdf file like the instruction on the same file said. Each photo and copy of copr in a separate letter both thru regular mail with a stamp. Each case is different since they are testing the new portal and there are several offices processing cases, some people get to submit it online some thru the mail. Follow what your letter says.
Thanks. I did the same .

Thank you very much for your detailed response! I really appreciate it! So do I need to answer no for "Do you have a job offer? " question to apply for BOWP?

yes.

Received Bio-metric refund today. Not sure if it will speed up the process. AOR 25th June
Any insight? @legalfalcon

If you are employ from biometrics, then you would have received the refund. This has nothing to do with processing as such.

IELTS score has to be valid on the date your submit your application. If it subsequently expires, there is no need to worry and IRCC will not ask for a new one.
