As per IRCC phone rep: Everything passed Jan 27, 2021.

No updates on online profile, no GU. IRCC representative said they are waiting for final decision now.

Almost 9 months in the application, loosing hope day by day now.

Dont worry.Even in my notes the due date was August 2021 but the security was passed sometime in last December.

I'm CEC inland applicant and I claimed 50 points from LMIA. My visa is expiring in 1.5 months and am trying to apply for BOWP or extension. I got confused about it.
Did anyone have a similar situation?

1. Which should I apply for BOWP(I got 50 points, so I'm worried I can't apply for open work permit) OR working permit extension(using LMIA which I got when I applied for PR? LMIA's already expired though...)
2. Do I need to get a new documents (sush as job offer or employment letter) to apply for it? Or can I use same one that I had used for express entry?

The Criminality is passed by an agent on Jan 27

Nothing stands out as a reason to worry.

474 pages, next time if you wish you can request just the notes section of the GCMS file

Hi, Did you sent 1 photo for each applicant as mentioned in letter ? some posts says 2 photos need to be sent along with letter .

Hi, I sent 1 photo and a copy on the COPR Pdf file like the instruction on the same file said. Each photo and copy of copr in a separate letter both thru regular mail with a stamp. Each case is different since they are testing the new portal and there are several offices processing cases, some people get to submit it online some thru the mail. Follow what your letter says.

The address on the mail was Sydney, NS. I sent the photo to Ottawa (January 12) and the back of the card says lading place Ottawa.

If you extend your current WP, then you will need a new LMIA.

However, if you apply for BOWP, you do not need a LMIA and you can continue working for your current employer.
