If you are still working for same employer and had more experience added since you have applied than you can get another letter. But if you haven’t worked at that job thn old one should be fine without changing any dates. Coz it’s past experience so.
@Ro66 thank you

Hi, I have applied for PR in June 2020 but it was rejected in Feb 2021. Now I am applying again, my question is can I use the same reference letter which I submitted earlier or do I need to get new one with current date.
Hi

If the spouse ielet did not add to the crs cutoff then its not mandatory and u can appeal it. And to answer ur question ur reference letter shd b recent no more than 3 months old

Agreed

Honestly, if Canada thinks a score of 75 is acceptable, they really don't need to process each file seriously. They can just give a pass and COPR letter to everyone in CEC stream before this 27000 people draw.

To be fair, yes. They only have to check criminality and security then give the PR.

This may need its own thread but interested to know Outland applicants who appear approved based on GCMS notes but still no COPR/PPR. How long do we think it will be before we receive/ can actually travel to Canada.. 6 months, 12 months?
I am in this situation I think they will announce a policy in Sept or Oct when they will know how their vaccination policy has worked compared to their targets. I think that's the biggest factor in when they open their borders to this group.

Based on their Vaccination plans and the delays. I would say no change till Dec 2021. ( I hope it is Sooner than that).
