Very relieved to hear this news.A couple of questions:
- Can anyone tell me what to expect next? I am not sure what the next step is.
- Roughly how long until Final Decision/CoPR, even if just from personal experience?

My frustration told me... haven’t seen people in this thread getting copr from Ottawa recently, not sure about other aor threads.How do you know that?
I guess they might be busy in decorating their houses and Christmas trees

Honestly what they are doing with holding application for 3months without any officer not touching it is not fair looking at the amount of application fee they collect
Definitely! And remember how they have increased application fee recently too.
The pandemic has been going on for a year... you could not use that excuse forever. They should have gave some compliments and temporarily renamed it to Snail Entry with promise of more than 80% of applications will go beyond 6 months...

I'm so glad to share with you all that my application just got approved today. Below is my timeline, I hope it could give you some hope/ track your application:
- AOR: 22 Jun 2020, PNP application - Outland
- Medical passed: 07 Aug 2020
- Biometrics done: 13 Aug 2020
- Eligibility recommended pass: 02 Sep 2020 (as per first GCMS, applied for second GCMS on 28 Oct, but not received yet)
- Got 02 GUs with a bad gateway (I'm not sure if they were real GUs or technical glitches)
- Got a GU on 1 Dec 2020 with "application/ profile updated"
- PPR requested: 02 Dec 2020
- PPs submitted to VAC: 09 Dec 2020 - VO is Singapore office
- Application approved and counterfoils generated: 16 Dec 2020 (checked in GCkey account)
- waiting for CORP and travel restriction lifted

Is there a specific reason for IRCC giving out PPRs to PNP Outland applicants but not FSW-O?

CEC inland, AOR Jun 26, the application stuck at "eligibility recommended passed" since Aug 24. No update since then. I'm done following up.
I even got two consecutive ghost updates few days back and called ircc the day after and the agent confirmed that all stages are passed.
