I am 100% progress bar today. They just modified the display message : “
Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.

About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete.”
Really frustrated!!!!!!!!

What it is taking for them longer after u did everything.

The answer is simple , Ircc case analyst and officers who review applications are simply lazy!

Hello everyone. Here's my timeline:

CEC Inland - Ottawa Office - No dependent
5.28 ITA
6.18 AOR
8.06 MEP
9.14 Requested for GCMS notes for the 1st time
10.07 called IRCC: Eligibility Not Started/Criminality in progress/ Security Not Started
10.14 Received 1st GCMS notes. Was generated on 9.24. Each status same as above.
10.15 Received the call from Service Canada for fingerprints.
10.28 Bio completed at North York SC
11.02 called IRCC: Eligibility was changed to Recommended Pass on 10.08/Criminality Pass/Security Not Started
11.16 Requested for GCMS notes for the 2nd time. Haven't received it yet.
11.17 GU on CIC account. Called IRCC. Agent said the case was approved in the afternoon.
11.28 Received email for the new portal test.
12.02 Received another email regarding log in info for the new portal. Logged in and uploaded current residential address & digital photo for PR card.
12.03 Got eCOPR from the new portal.

-The background verifications are currently valid.
-The security background verification is currently valid.
-The criminal background verification is in process.

"Currently valid" means I passed most of stages? And also I'm wondering how long it will take for criminal background verification to pass.
