So what does they mean by background in process if your application doesn't have biometric yet?

No idea what she meant. Sounded like she didn't want to give any specific details and just gave a blank statement. Just ordered GCMS notes to get a better understanding of what's going on.

The problem with GCMS notes is that you'll always be 3-4 weeks behind. They generate the forms within a few days of requesting but only send it out after a month. By then there could be a lot of movement in your file, if you're lucky.

Calling still gets you the "live" version of what goes on, though the downside is some agents are unhelpful/rude/sarcastic.

Got the PPR email today,

Quick questions, COR: USA, I and my wife have Indian Passports, So, I am clear that I have send those in. But my son is US citizen and has US passport, Should I send his passport as well or just the copy of passport?

@legalfalcon , Thoughts?

No, you would just send photocopy of your son's US passport. I did last week, sent passports for me and my spouse and photocopy of my son's passport. waiting for return tracker to be activated

The same thing was happening with me since early last week.
Today, I called them back to back and it went through.

What do I do when i receive my copr outside canada as an inland applicant. Do I have to cancel my COPR?
P.S I have a travel document and not a passport. @legalfalcon

IF you change your country of residence you have to inform IRCC of it and when the COPR I sent it will have the instructions accordingly.
