Can you please tell me the number to which you tried to call ??
We all are in the same boat.. We all can wait and the country we arrived to build our future is really taking a big part of our patience and consumes a 100% stress these days..
1-888-242-2100, wait until it asked you to select options then press 1-1-2-2 then enter your application number and DOB. If you are lucky, you will connect to an agent otherwise they will say "We are significantly busy... couldn't transfer you to the agent" then hangup and call again after a few hours.

Mine will be 100% on Dec 3rd. (CEC Inland with 2 dependents) The last update on my account was on July 21st as " Medical accepted" . Moreover, I did my biometrics in October 26th which got updated into the profile right away .. I did my application through a lawyer which gives me no option to call an agent directly or Can I ?? I am not sure !! Its really stressful !!

Same for me, except I have one inland dependent. We just submitted RCMP certificate for my dependent. I don't expect to get PR until next year. They didn't update medical until November 13.

have seen few GUs over past month, so I had this lingering feeling that PPR is around the corner and last I spoke to an IRCC agent on phone, only thing pending was "Security", with that in past few days I am not feeling that anymore.

What is the point of conducting CEC draws and PNP draws and delaying files.
Many of us are frustrated just because of extension in applications processing time.
Think about the level of frustration it may cause to applicants if IRCC stops conducting draws for a long time and meanwhile applicants become ineligible due ILTS score expiry, loss point due to ageing, etc, etc. Isn't this injustice to them?
IRCC must continue draws regularly so the applicants get the fair chance to get selected at least, it is secondary when their applications are processed (this will be expectation if you ask any applicant awaiting for invitation).

Ghost Update, Review of Additional Documents changed from:
"Not Applicable" to "December 1, 2020 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided".
Although, I have not provided any new additional Documents.

Thoughts?
Anything to worry about?

When I logged in now, status was "Application/Profile updated" but nothing changed within the appln.Came back and status changed back to Submitted.

What does this mean?

June 5th AOR
July 15 Medical
Oct 15 Biometrics exempt

That is a Ghost Update, i.e. someone opened your profile to work on it.
