@legalfalcon Hoping if you could answer this? Could eligibility be directly passed by analyst without any officer review? Is that possible at all?
Hi please can someone help with my question as i am a bit paranoid
i received my second gcms note this morning.Requested Oct 23rd and received Nov 23rd
Eligibility- passed
Security- not started
Criminality- in progress
Medical- passed
Biometrics- excempt. updated to complete October 15
Infor sharing- in progress
The 1st gcms that was received in August had the same information as above except eligibility was Recommended pass den.
MY question is
AOR JUNE 3RD,CEC INLAND WITH 2 DEPENDENT OUTSIDE CANADA.
- I have the same note from case analyst on both gcms. was expecting to at least see an additional note from officer that shows the movement from recommended pass to pass. Is that normal?
- DOes that mean eligibility passed was by analyst and not the officer.
- And is it normal for criminality and security to take that long.
I will really appreciate a response/ reply.
CongratsI just got my COPR!!!!!!!
AOR- June 24th, 2020
CEC inland
Biometrics given- 14th Oct, 2020
No it was showing as written 'private number' on the screen no numerical number.Congrats
And the call that you got before COPR is private # or a casual #??
Hi, I heard IRCC just launched a PR confirmation portal online which allows PR applicants to confirm their location is in Canada or not, and upload photos for PR card so they don't need to send physical photos anymore. Did you receive such communication before having your COPR?Thank you!
It states on my COPR letter that if you are outside canada then don't attemp to travel and email them.
Also, it mentions that PR card might get delayed due to covid so If I need to leave canada and come back I can travel back by applying for PRTD permanent residence travel document. Hope that helps.
No I was asked to send the photos the old way & landing interview was done via call.Hi, I heard IRCC just launched a PR confirmation portal online which allows PR applicants to confirm their location is in Canada or not, and upload photos for PR card so they don't need to send physical photos anymore. Just received the actual COPR information letter. It tells me I am now official a permanent resident and to send the photos to an address.Congrats. Next would be to send photos for the PR card. Does the CoPR tell you where to send the photos?
Also, did you see "application updated" or was it still "submitted" when you logged on?
Almost the same AOR and MEP as you. Hoping for the best.
Yea, above the actual files. What do you mean by Document checklist? Above the Bio letter?
Also have to do it the old way.Hi, I heard IRCC just launched a PR confirmation portal online which allows PR applicants to confirm their location is in Canada or not, and upload photos for PR card so they don't need to send physical photos anymore.
