I called IRCC today and received nothing much for my application. The agent told me that whatever I'm seeing on web is what he has on his file. Then he explained the statement "We are reviewing your eligibility" means either not-started or in-progress and mentioned that all he has. Have you guys ever talked to an agent like mine?
AOR: June 6th , CEC In-land

Yes, sometimes they are passive aggressive and wont share any information.
Happened to me once or twice.

They can only give you the info they have, not sure what else you expect from them. Order GCMS notes if you want an indepth snapshot into your application, or accept the alternatives.

Ok so here is the situation,i called and i asked the agent for my eligibility status -> he said that everything is on my Express Entry profile page (he didn't even log in into my account to check).

I called again the same day with a different agent - he logged in, checked, gave me full and clear answer, and was super nice. I expect from the agents to be professional and trust worthy and kind to people.

So no, the rude one didn't provide me with the necessary info. Hope i've answered you uncertainties.

Congrats!

Passed by analyst or conclusively passed by officer?

Wait what? There's a difference? I was just happy to hear the word pass. Didn't know there was another layer to this! Will try calling on Monday again to find out. and keep you posted.

Actually, it's the case analyst who does the first check, passes it..
and thereafter, the officer finally passes the eligibility.

Nevertheless, it's always a very positive sign, as long as they say eligibility is 'met', 'passed', or 'recommended pass'.

As per the phone call,

Eligibility: passed
Criminality: passed
Medical: passed

Yet to receive gcms notes which I ordered on Aug 29th.
I got the gcms notes yesterday.
So in my case, during the first ghost update, criminality is passed and eligibility is only recommended passed by case processing agent. Eligibility needs to be still conclusively passed by an officer! Although in the assessments below, it says Eligibility: Passed, it's not conclusive yet based on the last pages of the notes.

Does anyone know if IELTS expiry date was extended/altered in any way due to covid 19 ?
I have an ongoing PR application(CEC AOR June 30 - Medicals Passed Aug 22) and a BOWP(submitted Sept 17) going currently. My PGWP expires on Jan 10th, 2021. I was expecting to get BOWP within 2 months but as per CIC website, the processing time is 192 days which is insane.
My IELTS result will expire on Oct 27th since its going to be 2 years. I wanted some opinion on if I should consider re-doing my IELTS just to be on the safe side in case I have to re-apply?

Everything gets locked on AOR (except age which is locked on ITA), no need to take IELTS again.
