Today my anxiety took over me so in the morning i called the IRCC and asked about my PCC, the officer explained to me that PCC is regarding the criminality status and said that my police certificate was satisfactory to the officer so i passed the criminality, but still biometrics is pending. Is anyone else is getting similar fast status updates?
I was wondering why were you so concerned about pcc.

Hi a quick question, as you passed your eligibility did you receive any GU or email update?
Also, did you see any changes in your cic account?
Hi,

Well this is the thing - no ghost updates for me - that is why i am somehow skeptical about those answers from IRCC Client Support Center. Waiting for my webform response to confirm it.

It was my fault because i misread the instructions on CIC site about PCC. Before leaving my country of origin (Poland) i got my PCC (3 days before leaving to Canada on my Work Permit Visa). After i received my ITA, i attached it, and after i received AOR somebody told me to double check everything because they are doing a lot of rejections based on really silly stuff. I noticed the rules for PCC that i should acquire it After i left my country of origin. So - before they even started looking at my file (before i got my MED/BIL) i acquired another PCC this time valid and attached it as a LOE through webform. Hence my anxiety.

I see. I guess we passed the stage, R-10 check, where rejections are due to incomplete or not valid documents. Now if they have any issues, except eligibility, they will ask us. Fingers crossed!
Hope, we will soon witness golden e-mails for PPR. Good Luck!

Just wondering how long webform response from cic takes?

I thought Percentage changes with number of days passed.
% = (number of days passed/6months) * 100
Why do you think it is any different?

Edit: I was right. Like in my case, (68/183)*100= 37.15 ~ 37. Progress bar shows 37.
Based on what I read in the forum, you can’t completely rely on this number, at least not in these covid times.

Hello! June AOR - Anyone else noticing a 1% progress every 2 days? At this rate, decisions will be made only next year! @legalfalcon - any words of wisdom?

The progress bar on your MyCIC account is based on time elapsed and will run. It has no relation on the actual processing. some applications will be processed before you reach 100%, and other will keep lingering wait after it.

In my case I saw updated once but not sure what was the update. My BG still says in progress

Hello @legalfalcon I received my RPRF within 2 months of my AOR.

Does getting RPRF request mean my application is approved?

As you would already know, on the IRCC website , it is clearly stated that RPRF is requested from applicants only once when application is approved.

Please help.

RPRF is always requested, if not paid when the application is submitted, during the eligibility stage. In most cases, the RPRF is requested when the eligibility has been assessed by an analyst / assistant and recommend passed and awaiting a final review by an officer.

Getting the RPRF request indicates a good sign and indicates eligibility as recommended passed.
