@legalfalcon I have a question:

When I filed my e-APR on June 1st, 2020 I was working as Sr. Analyst with my current employer and already had my offer for promotion since Feb, 2020 but had not started in the new role of Manager till June 1st, 2020. Now I filed the e-Apr with the employer letter and my position as Sr. Analyst, but I am a manager now.

How important is it to disclose the promotion, hence it would be suspect to ask my employer another experience letter?

PS: I do have my offer letter which describes my salary & benefits but not the job description. (Even though it is the same a Sr. Analyst, with management responsibilities added)

The application is locked the day it is filed. Any subsequent developments do not matter. If you re working with the same employer, you need not worry and nether do you have to disclose anything.

For your work experience, your work until the day you receive ITA has to be validated from your work reference letters.

Awesome, that helps. Thank you!

Hi guys, i have a question about BOWP. My work permit will be expired in June 28th. I applied for Visitor Record in March, and then I got ITA in April. However, due to COVID-19, I could not give my biometric, so the visitor record application is still not approved.
I heard I am not eligible to work under visitor record. Can I apply for the BOWP now? Since I submitted the Visitor Record application first, will cic refuse my BOWP application?
Thanks!

Hello Friends,

My ITA was on 28th May and AOR on 2nd June. Paid with new fees as the system was updated on the 2nd. I did my upfront medicals on 1st. My BP was high. Worried if that is going to affect my eligibility. Fingers crossed.

All the best to all the fellow applicants!

BP is not a ground for medical inadmissibility. To read more on medical inadmissibility see https://bit.ly/3eVc14I

Any new June AoRs?

Hi Guys, I have submitted my profile and AOR is June 05th. I have one question like proof of funds. As everyone knows PoF not required for CEC class. So it was not asked me To upload anything like letter of explanation or document. So, I am worrying that people are saying we must upload letter of explanation for PoF. Can you confirm is it really required or not?
