Called ircc and they told criminality started.
And security and eligibility not started.
My husband is primary applicant and he is in Canada and need to give biometrics. And also, he didn't received call.
It's been 4 months and why they didn't started eligibility or security? Anyone have any idea? Please help

To confirm the meaning of the 'currently valid' which I got as a reply of webform, I called IRCC today and
the agent confirmed that Eligibility, Security and Criminality all are passed.

2 updates on profile today, first that the additional document is being reviewed (Spouse RCMP PCC ) and secondly the biometric message has changed to completed with date as June 19 2020,this date doesn't make sense as neither me or PA had given biometrics earlier on this date but happy to see the updates !!!

Called IRCC this past Friday and was told Eligibility recommended pass, nothing else started. Is the Eligibility the most important check here?
Still no update on the RCMP document uploaded late August, nor biometrics (previously provided but not updated yet).
