Hi @legalfalcon, Do you mind sharing the steps followed by all stages passed? Is it office will approve the application and then forward this to the local VO for COPR for inland CEC applicant? and how many days does it take?

There is no data specifically on how many days it takes. However, after all stages are passed, the officer where your application is can send you a final approval or the application can be sent to the local visa office, which can then send the final decision.

During he final review it is ensured that all check have been done, and all documents such as passports, medicals etc. are valid.

I have my file assigned to the same officer. Same status as you. Security not started. AOR 29 May.

yes, i applied for the PGWP (new program) on 29th jan. i got biometrics attached to my application on 2nd Feb and got the letter on 3rd Feb.
A friend that also applied to get the remaining 2years pgwp hes originally eligible for ( got less than 3 years coz of his passport), he also received that later even though his application was not the same as mine.
i would say its a generic letter sent out so they can buy time to process PGWP applications.

Hello guys
I got my approval yesterday. I didn’t get COPR yet. But there is an email is the account that says your application has been approved and there is a COPR no. as well.


Here is my timeline:
AOR 10 June
Eligibility pass
Securty pass
Criminality pass on 30 Janaury
All stages passed on 30 Janaury
Approved : Feb 6
