Yes! Mine did.Hey guys!
Can criminality be passed before eligibility?
Oh Man.. I am happy ... So, they started flipping off the pages. Hopefully we will hear from them soon again..It's true, my browser is hanging when 1st click on my application, I got GU after the browser refreshed. At that time, I thought it was the system glitch. I tried after 30 minutes and saw another GU, so I believed it was real GU. Anyway, I am very happy when they are starting to touch my application.
My Additional Document column changed to : Not ApplicableYes! Mine did.
Well all I can say is that one of the requirements of this new pgwp extension is that you remain in Canada. Please i need advise on what to do as this is really important. My PGWP and TRV expires May 12th,2021. I will be travelling March to visit my family (since no progress on PR and not seen family for 3years).
Though i have valid document till May, but i am thinking of should incase they have to close the boarder (like last year) which will only make me get stucked outside canada with an expired work permit and visa. My question is
1) do you advise i put in for Bridgin Work permit or the new PGWP extension that started today?
2) i see one of the requirement is that your work permit as to be close to expiring in 4months. Is it advisable to apply this week (even though my 4month to expiring is not till Feb?. I am trying to factor in the long processing time so i can hope to have it out in time for me to renew my visa as well as travel mid March.
Please help
@AnnAlex @dactoan.nguyen , any changes so far?
it is vague and that was what got me confused.Well all I can say is that one of the requirements of this new pgwp extension is that you remain in Canada.
Read it below:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/students/pgwp-extend.html
Edit: nvm it's vague. Maybe it means until you apply. Either way I think BOWP is better because you have passed r10.
No changes yet other than our Criminality passed in case of mine and for @dactoan.nguyen (as per his latest GU)Please i need advise on what to do as this is really important. Omg! For regular security or security screening? Most applicants seem to pass security much less than 110 days unless they're in SS.To read on security, how it is done and and when it is initiated, see https://bit.ly/2Yep4YE
On an average, security takes 110 days after it has been initiated.
Why did you know they missed, you order gmcs note? I think you should send the documents they missed again through web formThe analyst missed to include the arranged employment points and thats why he thinks CRS points fell after aor
I got a GU yesterday night and called an nice agent on this morning. My criminality is passed but the security hasn't changed the state yet, still not-started. And again, I asked my eligibility, she mentioned clearly that it is passed conclusively. @AnnAlex we are same state now but AOR.
Not yet, not a penny.Great news brother . Have you received your refund yet?
Hey guys!Thank you I will call them. Do you mind please telling me your AOR and timeline?Mine’s June12
I called 1.5 weeks ago and everything including eligibility, security and criminality was in progress. Was it the same with you?
thank you!!
I think You should be eligible to apply for BOWP as your Permit expires in less than 4 months. Jan 12 - Feb 12( 1 month) and Feb 12 - March 12 ( 2 month) and March 12 to April 12 ( 3 month) and April 12 to May 12 (4 months)Please i need advise on what to do as this is really important.
