Hello, do you mind sharing if Vancouver is showing as the primary office or the secondary office in your notes? Thanks man - appreciate it. According to the notes, my file is ready for visa at the Vancouver office. When I spoke with a very nice agent back in November, she mentioned everything was passed and that I should wait for the email. Appears to be admin delay in sending confirmation emails. Good luck!
I tried multiple times using the following options: 11220 and 3410thanks, it this call easily accessible, i plan to call but not sure any good technique to make it
Some of my GCMS entries are from odd hours. Not sure if they actually work THAT late.I don't think they work at 6:45 PM
Look for the Officer notes at the end of your GCMS notes. It should look something like **OFFICER REVIEW**. As for my case, I called them on Monday after I got a ghost update last week and I was told I passed all the stages, but I did not ask about the visa office. So, I called them again on Tuesday only to be told my application was approved on the same day and that they are working on my COPR paperwork. I was also told it's been handled by the IRCC Etobicoke office now after being transferred from CPC Ottawa. It makes perfect sense as local visa offices issue COPRs. There are people who see this final decision on the portal but wait for up to 7-10 days before they a COPR email. Maybe, they will ask us to use the portal so we can get our PR cards faster.
Either way, I am relieved the process is over. I wouldn't mind if I get my COPR letter 7-10 days later as long as my application stays approved. LOL.
Secondary office.Hello, do you mind sharing if Vancouver is showing as the primary office or the secondary office in your notes?
My status is also all stages passed back in Nov and the agent told me Vancouver was assigned as my secondary office a few days ago. Wanna know if that indicates my file has been transferred to local VO for the correspondence letter...
Thank you!
Here is the other info. discussed regarding the same..I am not 100% sure, but I understood it as the applicants who got delayed due to pandemic belongs to this Group. I posted it here since I couldn't find much more information anywhere - so that someone can comment if they know more..
It's a good sign. I think they have to manually initiate the refund. so someone looked at your application I guess.Hi guys, I received the refund for biometrics this morning. Is that a good sign? I appreciate your thoughts

On the CIC website, it says they'll refund the biometric fee once the application is finalized. I'm not sure if that's the case because some people received a refund but are still waiting. I got my refund last month, and when I called CiC yesterday, they said my application is still in process. They haven't even updated my biometrics to say completed.Hi guys, I received the refund for biometrics this morning. Is that a good sign? I appreciate your thoughts
