Called today and agent said everything is done and only final decision pending. AOR June 17 - CEC- Ottawa
Do you have IRCC contact number? I tried few times and had to wait for more than a hour. Its tiring..
I was so curious about my application after passed 6 months timeline so I decide to make a call. Luckily, I met a very nice agent and felt a little bit relief even my application hasn't been updated, she explained me everything:
- Eligibility: Passed. I asked her it was recommended passed in September and now is passed. She said it is passed now instead so I hope it is final passed.
- Security: Not-Started
- Criminality: In-Progress. I also asked her about my Biometric which showed completed in Oct. She explained it has 2 stages, they uploaded my old biometric on my application but IRCC officer hasn't touched it yet. Thus it's in progress.

We are in the same stage like you! Someone need to touch the file but don't know when they are gonna touch!
whao, we have the same timeline except my AOR was june 3rd. also got 2 dependents and my application status is the same with yours. for some reason i feel a bit relaxed after reading your post coz non of the agent i spoke to in the past ever told me about biometrics been 2 stages. always wondered why i was excempted october 15th and no update since.
also my eligibility was recommended pass in september and passed as of first week november even though i dont see any officer's note on my gcms.
I pray we get our approval before the end of the year.
are your dependents inland or not.
in my case, i am the principal applicant (inland) and dependent (husband and 5yr old child) outland.
Dont worry there are so many of us. I am in same boat. Last time I called IRCC, the agent told me that candidates with more dependents are taking longer to be processed. I also have 3 dependents. My file is still untouched by officer. My primary VO is Sydney and Secondary is Ottawa. God knows how long we need to wait. Timeline in signature
